Refund Policy – EnoCart USA

At EnoCart USA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or digital downloads may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software/digital products

  • Health & hygiene items (for safety reasons)
