1. Returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or digital downloads may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
